Shipping Information

Orders placed on topcups.com are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within the United States through our fulfillment partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery. If your cups arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right.

Quality & Damage Issues

If your order arrives with a quality issue, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Quality issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Dented or crushed cups from shipping damage
  • Scratches or surface defects
  • Manufacturing defects (such as uneven rims or printing errors)
  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Incorrect number of cups shipped

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll ship your replacement as quickly as possible. In most cases, you may keep or recycle the damaged cups, and no return is required.

Our No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Top Cup does not accept returns. Once an order has been delivered, items cannot be returned or sent back.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are generally limited to exceptional situations where a replacement is not feasible.

Whenever possible, we prioritize replacements over refunds to ensure you receive the product you ordered.

Change-of-Mind & Preference Issues

If your cups arrive as expected but don’t meet your personal preferences (such as size, color, or expectations), the items are yours to keep.

Because we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or preference-based reasons, these orders are not eligible for refunds. As a courtesy, we may offer a discount on a future purchase to help make your next Top Cup experience even better.

If you purchased Top Cup products through Amazon.com, all returns, refunds, and replacements must be handled directly through Amazon. Please visit amazon.com/returns for the fastest resolution.
